Our Pilates classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, providing a dynamic and engaging experience for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced enthusiast, our instructors are here to guide you through each session.

At Link Health and Fitness our aim is to seamlessly integrate health and fitness services to enable our members to have a healthy, active, fulfilling life. Our physiotherapists have several years of expertise in the management of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Our staff are skilled in the assessment and treatment of injuries including sports injuries, fractures, muscle, joint, ligament sprains, strains, headaches, dizziness, concussion, falls prevention, arthritis and nerve pain. In addition, our physiotherapy clients have access to our 24/7 gym and pilates studio, which allows us to develop a personalised rehabilitation program to suit your needs and level of exercise experience. Our physiotherapists have several additional qualifications including acupuncture, dry needling, reformer and mat pilates, vestibular and concussion management, headaches, biomechanical assessment, swimming and running coaching, and bike fits.

At Body Magic we provide personal and group Pilates sessions for people of all ages, fitness and strength levels.   

Body Magic is a large studio dedicated to providing:

* Personal Pilates training for fitness, toning, strength and flexibility
* Pilates for pre and post natal care
* Clinical Pilates for injuries, pain relief and rehabilitation
* Pilates for sports conditioning

One on one, group and circuit Pilates classes utilise Pilates equipment including the Reformer and Cadillac, and all classes incorporate mat exercises.
