Buying a new home or refinancing an existing mortgage is a big financial decision, but you dont have to do it alone. 

You can take advantage of our vast knowledge and experiences. We deal with banks on a daily basis so know exactly what they need & how to present an application to ensure you have the best opportunity to obtain a mortgage approval that meets your immediate needs.

In fact, all you need to do is complete one application form to gain access to more than 15 lenders & over a 100 different lending products. Its that simple.

An important first step to purchasing a home is to have your finance application pre-approved. Once completed, you will know how much you can afford & have the comfort of knowing that a lender will support your home loan application.

Once you have purchased, I will then guide you through the maze of lending options & customize a mortgage strategy that is tailored to your individual needs.

I will negotiate the best possible interest rates & finance terms for your situation & show you ways to save thousands over the life of their mortgage.

In some ways, I become a project manager & also your personal advocate. I deal with and coordinate the flow of information between you, the lenders, solicitors, estate agents, valuers, building inspectors & insurance comp on your behalf.

When you understand each crucial step towards home ownership at the beginning of the process, it helps make buying a home a more enjoyable & a less stressful experience.

At Smart Moves Creative Dance we concentrate on promoting children's active movement during the critical early years. 

We provide a fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate dance education programme that emphasises children's creativity. 

Babies and young children love to move. Crawling, climbing, skipping and jumping however, is not only fun, it is essential for learning. Research shows the specific importance of movement for the healthy brain development of children from birth to 5 years old.

This dance school is based upon a curriculum of brain-compatible dance classes devised by Anne Green Gilbert, artistic director of the Creative Dance Centre in Seattle. It is founded upon an understanding of current research on how the brain learns, so as to ensure that learning dance, developing skills and technique, and creating is both fun and beneficial.
