Not only do I strive for perfection in the finish of my cakes but they have to taste wonderful as well, full of flavour and be very moist so my clients keep coming back for more. My cake kitchen is a registered kitchen based in Bay View, Napier, Hawkes Bay. Hawkes Bay  being the most wonderful place for a wedding with our beautiful weather and amazing wineries.

Hey James, I received the cake about half an hour ago and just wanted to say that OH MY GOD IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!

We've had quite a few chocolate cakes in the office over the last few months, but this one takes the cake (pun intended) of standing head and shoulders above them all, it was absolutely, stunningly awesome. Rich, dark, velvety, just perfect! 

Please give my best regards to the production team and tell them that if anyone ever thinks about changing the recipe, that person needs to get beaten with a big stick.

Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done. The task of sending nearly 600 cakes around the country in the space of 1 1/2 days was a huge one, but you made it seem easy! We had cakes delivered to all of our corporate locations and branches from Bluff to Invercargill - and we were delighted to see that they all arrived in one piece.
You were very easy to deal with, nothing was a problem and you were very upfront and clear on pricing.
The cakes themselves looked fantastic with our new ANZ logo on top and the feedback from staff on their quality was great - we've had many people say they were the best chocolate cakes they've tasted.
