Hi my name is Kris and I am the sole counsellor @ Freedom Counselling. There is a physical clinic in Wanaka and Queenstown. I have had 20 + years experience as a Clinical Mental Health Nurse Specialist in public mental health and working within GP and private clinics. With a good understanding of symptoms of reduced mental health, I am well versed in counselling with a special interest in CBT ,Mindfulness and Gestalt Therapy. I believes that the client is the true expert and I merely guide them to find the answers. Services include comprehensive mental health assessments, mental health 1:1 counselling, relationship counselling and work/business presentations on mental health. I am currently available Mondays @ Wanaka and is also available @ Nadi Wellness in Queenstown. Zoom counselling online is also available.
