Brows and Beauty are a new boutique beauty salon located in Grey Lynn. Our team of highly qualified and skilled technicians provide personalised services and expert advice to suit your unique requirements.We offer a range of services including Microblading, Brow Shaping, Lamination, Tint, Hybrid &amp; Henna, Lash Lift, Dermaplaning, Waxing, Hair &amp; Makeup and Bridal Packages.

I coach people in organisations to improve their quality of life and increase their capacity to add value as employees, leaders, people. Helping folks get clear on what matters and what to do next is my focus.

I work with groups throughout NZ and with individuals in Canterbury, and via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

I help organisations to succeed by:
	Working with individuals to create a plan to increase energy and focus, and to find calm
	Delivering leadership coaching programmes to develop leaders superpowers
	Workshopping with groups the skills to manage stress and change, and to increase energy and wellbeing
	Teaching leaders to have a coach-like mindset
	Designing personal systems and habits that make success inevitable

Im an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, a Gallup Strengths Coach, and a Qualified Yoga Teacher.

Im committed to understanding the beliefs and ways of being that both help and hinder my clients.  Establishing and refining habits and systems are a key component of my work.

Keeping things simple is a bit of a mantra for me.  The tools and ideas I utilise are proven, simple, and effective in helping people make sustained beneficial change.
