Studios:

Studio rooms are part of our main facility and are designed for residents who value their independence and are asssisted by an appropriate level of support. All meals, linen, housekeeping and activities are inclusive.

Each of our 14 spacious studio units feature a kitchenette, private ensuite bathroom and views to beautifully landscaped gardens.  Residents may start the day with a leisurely breakfast in their room or choose to join friends in the dining room with the morning paper.

With your new sense of freedom and our prime location means outings to shopping, library, church and usual routines can be maintained and may even be more accessible. A full activities and outings calendar creates fabulous opportunities for fun and laughter with friends as you try something new or visit somewhere not seen before.

Resident car parking spaces are available and family and friends are always welcome.

Rest Home:

Our 24 hour Rest Home wings comprises of 35 larger than standard single rooms, each with ensuite, private phone and television access. Also provided is a large lounge for activities and entertainment as well as smaller intimate lounge areas for visiting family and friends.

Quality and continuity of care for all Residents is assured by Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, working with and supervising Caregivers who have been suitably trained in the care of the Elderly.

We are on the main street coming into Kaiapoi from the south and close to all local amenities as well as being close to Christchurch. This means you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Kaiapoi, but know youre not far from the many attractions throughout Christchurch and the Canterbury region.

We have six modern, self contained quality studio units and one 2 bedroom holiday home. Our units are north facing for all day sun.

The Print Studio is a graphic design and digital print company located in Orewa township. We are a new company with extensive knowledge of the industry through its founder Rae Travis. Primarily the business has been set up to fill the need for a small niche market studio creating designs on a personal level. This means that we can look after you via email or internet, or facetoface to get that more personal feel. Graphic design is a scary area for most people. Finding someone that relates well to what you require, as well as someone that will produce artwork to a high standard within the required time frame can be very tricky. We can work to your budget and not waste time going on a creative tangent. We create what you want, on time and within your budget. Simple as that.

<p>Why choose us? We offer dance classes for all ages from preschool to advanced. We believe dance classes help children develop confidence, coordination, musicality, self-discipline and posture. Our goal is to be the most welcoming, enjoyable and high-quality dance instruction to all our students from preschool to adults. The Studio has been training dancers in Dunedin for over 45 years, many of whom have gone on to make dance their career. (Most recently Imogen Sorley graduating from the NZ School of Dance in 2013 &amp; Jordan Mullin graduating from The Royal Ballet School London in 2012, now dancing with the Staatsballett Berlin) Principal Robyn Sinclair feels that although this is a fantastic achievement, the most important part of learning dance is enjoyment. Lets face it, most students attend class because they want to dance, if you produce a dancer, then that's a bonus. Teachers at the studio continue with their own professional development by attending courses &amp; workshops to enhance their qualifications &amp; knowledge. Ms Sinclair has recently completed intensive seminars on the new RAD Grades 4-5, Adv Foundation &amp; Advanced 1 syllabi that is to be introduced in 2015. The new work showcases pure classical technique alongside neo-classical movements with inspirational music. Tuition is offered in RAD Classical Ballet [Pre Primary - Advanced 2], NZAMD American Jazz [Grade 1 - Solo Seal], Adult Jazz or Ballet classes, NZAMD Hip Hop, NZAMD Stretch, Leap &amp; Spin, Creative Dance for 4 year olds, Mum &amp; Me Creative Dance for 3 year olds &amp; a caregiver &amp; Adult Keep Fit classes.</p>
