Cleaning of porous substrates is a specialized process involving specific knowledge and use of proper machinery. Epoxy grout sealer can last up to 15 years or several weeks dependingon surface preparation. No place for DIY. Failed sealer has to be completely removed before new sealer can be applied. Removal of old coatings is a slow and costly process. Do not take any risks! Consult with experts.
