No apologies for New Zealand design… Formway has been at the forefront of furniture design for decades – taking on the world, and achieving the highest accolades! With an overwhelming dedication to design, it was only natural that the two companies would work together. For over 25 years design4work has had the exclusive agency agreement for the South Island for Formway Furniture. This encompasses brands such as Life, Key Arq seating and Grid and Free workstation systems.
We work very closely with Formway Furniture to introduce you to the comprehensive range of furniture design options from home to office and business. We share a commitment to ensure furniture is supplied to you at the highest level of service and is delivered on time.

design4work is a New Zealand owned company with branches in Christchurch and Dunedin. We have 2 company divisions – design4work (corporate) and design4work-Direct. We have extensive knowledge of ergonomic, commercial and hospitality furniture having been in the industry for over 45 years. The flagship showroom in Christchurch provides a superb three-level environment for showcasing product and reviewing customer colour, fabric and finishing options. Seating, desks, workstations and storage solutions are all represented with both private office and public spaces in mind.
