CastleRock Adventure Lodge Resort astleRock, the Waikato’s adventure destination is situated amidst stunning rock formations at Wharepapa South, 25 kilometres south east of Te Awamutu. It’s central location, one hour from Rotorua, 1hour 15 minutes from Tauranga, Hamilton and Taupo, and 45 minutes from Waitomo make this an attractive location to base your holiday.

World reknown as a rockclimbing area, CastleRock Adventure was developed to provide adventure activities and accommodation for schools and social groups, corporate events and teambuilding.

CastleRock Lodge is a beautifully renovated homestead with magnificent views of the CastleRock rock-climbing crag. There is a large Rimu kitchen and lounge room, two showers and toilets, laundry with washer and dryer, internet access, guest telephone, a tennis court (racquets/balls provided), barbeque, outdoor pool & spa.

CastleRock Adventure takes group bookings only for both Lodge, Woolshed and Camping.
