Bay Valuation Services has been practicing out of Whakatane for the last 18 years. We undertake all valuation work within the Eastern Bay of Plenty which include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Rental Assessments, Insurance Valuations, Valuations off House Plans and Property Management . Requests for work come mainly from individuals, Mortgage Brokers or Banks for mortgage security purposes however we also undertake valuations for Trusts and Companies.

Brian Phipps is the Director of the Company and is a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Kevin Allan also practices out of the company and is a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
