Originally opened in 1886 as the Mt Eden Post Office, this wonderful building was transformed into De Post Belgian Beer Café in 2000. The interior, fully imported from Belgium, offers an authentic European feeling across two bar areas & a sunny outside balcony.

We proudly serve authentic Belgian cuisine complimented by an extensive selection of fine Belgian beers & some of the best wines from NZ & Australia. We recommend you try our signature steaming mussel pots, or our famous mussel platters (our full menu & drinks list can be viewed on the Food & Bar pages). We welcome function enquires for 10 to 90 people & are open daily from 8am till late.
