About Us

Norrish Realty Ltd MREINZ With a combined experience in real estate marketing of more than 13 years selling residential and lifestyle properties in the Bethlehem, Te Puna, Omokoroa, and Kaimai areas of Tauranga, Paul and Heather Norrish decided that their “apprenticeship” had been served and it was time to establish their own company.

This necessitated 2 years of post graduate study at university and after 18 months of research and planning, their new company – Norrish Property Consultants Ltd – was launched.

The company was incorporated, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand agent’s license was granted, equipment purchased, signs and stationery designed and printed, and support staff recruited.

Building on their own marketing and administrative skills they handpicked and developed a small highly professional team of consultants backed up by another team of competent support staff.
