Meeting all your Pilates and Physiotherapy needs, with five pilates studios in Auckland we offer group pilates classes as well as private one-on-one sessions. Registered Physiotherapy, Sports Masseuse and Acupuncture experts are also available.

We are ACC registered and provide Pilates Group mat, reformer classes or one on ones.

Peak Pilates & Physiotherapy instructors are highly trained and only receive certification from the company after 140 hours of training (mostly one on one) followed by six months of teaching. We have a full-time quality control qualified physiotherapist and Pilates Director regularly assessing and developing all our instructors’ skills.
