Sports Med Physiotherapy clinics charge an ACC surcharge of $15. This is for a 30' hands-on, one-on-one appointment-no machines! You can also visit us without the need for a Doctors referal.

We are Post-graduate trained physiotherapists and are involved with providing services to the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic Netball Team, New Zealand Triathlon Team, New Zealand Secondary Schools Rugby Team, Taupiri Rugby Club. Both Mike & Fiona have additional Post-Graduate qualifications and are New Zealand Academy of Sport Carded Physiotherapists, so you can be assured we will provide the latest physiotherapy treatment & rehabilitation.

We believe that the physiotherapist and the patient are a team, therefore there is an emphasis in our clinic of the patient being active in their rehabilitation. There is an expectation that even though we may only see you weekly or less, that you will complete the rehabilitation exercises we prescribe. After all, we want you to get back out and be active and painfree!
