Mr. Wayne Jones has been a consultant surgeon since 1998 and is the Head of the Breast Unit at Auckland Hospital and a partner at Breast Associates, a specialist clinic providing complete breast care. Wayne graduated university and completed his fellowship training in Auckland before going on to complete post-fellowship training in the United Kingdom. He is also the Clinical Director of General Surgery at Auckland Hospital.

Wayne can provide a wide range of general surgery through his private practice, including breast surgery, melanoma and skin cancer surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, hernia surgery, bowel cancer surgery, laparoscopic appendicectory, laparoscopic cholecystectomy & other aspects of general surgery.
