About Us

Emily is an experienced family lawyer, who primarily represents people who have disputes regarding family care arrangements for children, child support, where there is family violence, or a dispute with Child, Youth and Family Services.

In addition, Emily is experienced in and can act for people in most areas of family law and regularly appears in the Waitakere, Auckland and North Shore Family Courts.

Emily was admitted to the bar in 2004 at the Auckland High Court and prior to entering practice as a barrister, was employed by firms in Auckland City and Henderson. Emily has also practised employment law, immigration law and general litigation (both civil and criminal).

Emily is committed to providing exceptional legal representation and advocacy and has built a reputation as a successful, efficient and reliable lawyer.

Emily was a member of the Auckland District Law Society Family Law Committee from 2008 to 2010. Emily is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Family Law Section.
