Women In Motion is a lifestyle Fitness and Wellness Centre for women who want to improve health, manage weight and enjoy a stronger, fitter, younger, healthier body. Our aim is to provide a fast, safe, easy and enjoyable exercise experience for women of all shapes, sizes, fitness levels and ages. All our fitness staffs are NZ Registered Exercise Professionals (REPs). You can be assured that our staffs are qualified to provide you with safe, effective exercise advice.
