Marshall Profiling's cutting service is utilised by businesses throughout the Waikato and beyond. The company operates two Multi-Process Plate Profilers, cutting a wide range of metal plate including, stainless, mild, high tensile and wear resistant steels as well as aluminium. We can supply the plate or you can provide your own.

We also offer a pressing service providing you with a “one-stop shop for all your profiling and pressing requirements.

The Multi-Process Plate Profilers are CNC controlled, providing repeatable accuracy.

The cutting beds are 3, 600mm wide and 13, 000mm long and 3, 000mm wide and 12, 000mm long. Parts can be etch marked and cut with just one plate set up. Square to round transitions can be quickly and easily drawn, etched for press lines and cut with the aid of specially designed software. Plate drawings can be produced or altered on site.
