Fabrication facilities suitable for unit fabrication up to 7 tonnes weight.

Metallizing facilities for all types of metallized coatings. Facilities are capable of handling large roll repair work and resurfacing of rolls.This facility is the most modern and up to date unit in New Zealand and our operators have training from Sulzer Metco of New York and Metallisation of England. We also currently hold Lloyds approval.

Dynamic balancing of units up to 4 tonnes and on-site balancing is also available.

Our facilities also include our normal stock of fabricating steel, approximately 100 tonnes, including mild steel plate up to 100mm thick.
