D. Alexander is a maker of beautiful curtains, Roman Blinds, Lousiana Blinds and Beach Blinds. We do free measures and quotes fo serious customers. From our basic making to bespoke specifications, our curtains and blinds are premium quality, yet our making service is competitively priced.

Our large sample library includes selections from Designers Guild, James Dunlop, Romo, Mokum, Textilia, Colefax and Fowler, Decortex, Sandberg, Sanderson, Jim Thompson, Warwick and Homebase Collections, just to name a few.

Our in-store supply of fabrics is not only premium quality but often, priced below typical wholesale price for the fabric.

Prints, taffetas, linens and blends, silks and woven jacquards. In addition to our in-store fabrics, we are pleased to assist you in sourcing fabric to meet your needs or desires. We have a huge range of options available for your project.

RODS

D Alexander has a wide range of custom order curtain rods and tracks to meet the needs of your project. We can supply Matisse, Vanda, Rufflette, Acorn Developments, Martec and Windoware rods and tracks, as well as our selection of in-house rods. Ask our consultants for advice and guidance.

ROLLER BLINDS

In addition, we can supply, Roller blinds, Luxaflex blinds, Duette shades, Verasol blinds, and sunscreen blinds.

FURNITURE

We work with outstanding New Zealand manufacturers to create custom furniture pieces for your home. Whether your home is better suited to very contemporary or beautiful classic pieces, we can meet your needs. Our goal is to offer high quality products and services at a reasonable price in a creative and inspiring atmosphere. We love the challenge of finding just the right fabric for your chair, sofa or suite, keeping in mind realistic budget, furniture style and colour requirements.

CUSHIONS

We have a huge range of in-store custom made cushions, many with brush fringe, tassels and other embellishments. We are happy to assist you further with custom cushion orders to suit your personal tastes, either with our in-stock range of fabrics or through special order.

BEDDING

We have recently added to our collection Biana Lorrenne quilts, comforters, Euro and pillow shams, as well as cushions. We can also custom make bedspreads, duvets, and headboards to your requirements.
