Conference room hire includes complimentary use of all electronic equipment including: Data Projector, Electronic Whiteboard, Television, DVD Player, Flipchart and easels. Complimentary wireless broadband internet is available. We can also provide a dedicated “guest phone line” for your personal use.

All meals are served in the main dining room at Brooklands Estate or weather permitting pool side or under the pool pavilion. Morning tea can be provided on arrival if you choose this is set up in the dining room and is self serve. Brooklands’ client's gastronomic needs are catered for by our executive chef, a satisfying but energising lunch enables creativity rather than lethargy to peak in the afternoon. Dinner is a highlight at Brooklands in the main dining room - a celebration of the finest food - a rewarding conclusion to the day, providing a less structured creative environment where relationships can be developed.

A full bar service offering an extensive choice of wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages is available. We are happy to provide recommendations to complement menu selections or cater to your personal requirements.
