We offer troubleshooting, repair or upgrading of computers (hardware and software) for domestic and commercial clients in the North Canterbury area of Kaiapoi, Woodend, and Rangiora. We supply training packages that are designed to give you the computer confidence you want and help you get rid of any fears you might have.

While we are a local North Canterbury service, to save costs we use national suppliers. And, if you’re not in the North Canterbury area, but in Christchurch, Kataia or Dubai, then we may still be able to help with our range of remote PC applications.

Senior Consultant – Grant Duxfield

Grant has 10 years experience in IT, working with networks and computer operations, including peripheral problem-solving in the area of printers, scanners, cameras and projectors. Grant also has troubleshooting skills in onsite and phone environments having provided experience for a range of hardware and software solutions. He has provided on-call experience for eight years with people both skilled and unskilled in technology, with a level of patience few fields are exposed to.

Grant has five years experience training new staff members in call centres, and doing client demonstrations, all contributing to his high standard of coaching.

And it’s all done with a good sense of humour and a desire to help his customers.
