Brooke & Jonathan Roughan provide ACC registered spine and extremity care, with a passion for isolating root causes of musculoskeletal conditions. We are also Macquarie University graduates with 5 years training for treating extremities shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and feet/ankles. Brooke specialises in treatment during all stages of pregnancy, newborns and children. We both use specific muscle testing to identify and isolate weaknesses that can cause recurrent pain and injury. Techniques include specific and gentle joint manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, soft-tissue treatment, exercises, specific postural and nutritional advice.
