At Sideline Catering we provide a spit roast delivery service or an onsite service. We finalise the menu for you and book your function. Whether it’s for a Wedding, Event, Function we are the people to call!

• SPIT ROAST DELIVERY SERVICE- The meal will be delivered to your venue just prior to your dining time. Once the meal is set and ready for dining, my staff will depart and leave you to your meal. This meal is ideally suited for functions from 25 to 150 people however we have successfully catered for groups up to 250.

• ON-SITE SERVICE- With our on-site service where the venue allows we will come to your venue, cook and prepare foods on-site. Provide crockery and cutlery and all necessary table condiments ie quality paper serviettes, salt and pepper. The meal will be served through a carvery and self-help buffet with dishes cleared between courses. And the dessert served in the same fashion.
