Paua Barn Cafe & Bar offers Hangi, a traditional ‘in the ground’ Maori food and it is New Zealand's only restaurant to do so.

We cater for everyone and are open from breakfast through to dinner. With traditional Maori food and flavours you can either dine-in or order a takeaway. Our restaurant can accommodate 250 guests, making this a perfect place for small and big functions. So whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, wedding or receptions, we have the capacity to cater for all. Paua Barn Cafe & Bar is also perfect for a romantic dinner with the dining area including large outdoor space overlooking the mountains.
