Since the 1970s, Intalok has built over 1600 homes and buildings in 11 different countries. We pride ourselves in building distinctive natural timber homes and buildings that respect the environment, but donât compromise the functionality and style that you desire.

All Intalok buildings are fully engineered and held together by our unique interlocking building system, which has been designed with extra strength and durability for New Zealandâs shaky seismic conditions. All Intalok buildings carry an impressive 60 year BRANZ life-span rating.

We cater to all your building requirements so you can sit back while Intalok does it all for you, or get involved by choosing your own favoured plumbers, electricians and other trades people.

At the same time, we are committed to keeping money in your local economy by using local contractors. So if you need anything fixed in your home, the tradesperson who fitted it will also be close at hand to fix it.

-Own Builder

You can still build an Intalok if you have your own certified builder. We simply get one of our expert Intalok builders to explain how our system works and make himself available to answer any questions. Whether you decide to build with us or with your own builder, be confident in knowing weâll be right beside you whenever you need us.

-Transportable

Our unique building system makes moving an Intalok a breeze. You can build your home in modules if you want to start small and expand as you can afford too. Or you can build a transportable Intalok home offsite if you have the perfect location but need a few years to save for the house of your dreams.
