Nic Ballara, Amanda Bulman & Denis Chin are the directors of ballara bulman chin - bbc architects. All are Registered Architects and members of the New Zealand Institute of Architects, and have been in practice since 2001. ballara bulman chin - bbc architects has offices located on Wellington's vibrant waterfront.

The directors are responsible for several award-winning architecture projects, and specialise in bespoke residential and community work. Directing our application to these project types allows us to build on our history of design excellence and thoughtful use of site, while offering real improvement in our clients everyday experiences.
