About Us

We are a N.Z.I.A. Accredited Practice with almost 30 years of experience. The Principal, Graeme Johansen, B.Arch., A.N.Z.I.A., is a Registered Architect.

Our office uses current ArchiCAD software to provide quality drawings, and we subscribe to MasterSpec to prepare up-to-date specifications.

Services

We are happy to discuss any project you may be considering, and prepare a quote based on your project. We can provide full architect's services or work in with your needs to achieve the important objectives of your project brief, timeline and budget. We're located upstairs at 118 Lincoln Road - come and visit!

Experience

We have been operating in Waitakere City since 1981, and have experience in a wide range of projects: alterations to existing houses, new houses, commercial and industrial projects, and also community and school projects.

We have good relationships with local consultants (engineers, quantity surveyors, etc), and maintain a good relationship with all of the Auckland Councils. We try to avoid costly and time-consuming resource consents through smart design.
