At YMCA Tauranga we provide After School Care for kids aged 5-13 years. Our programmes help them develop physically, socially, creatively, emotionally, academically and culturally while simply playing and having fun in a safe environment. We offer a safe and supervised environment from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a staff to child ratio of 1:10.

Daily activities include afternoon tea as well as time for children to complete homework, play games and sports, be creative with arts and crafts - and have fun! Each and every week has a theme and all equipment, food and resources are provided.

We also organise activities between ASC centres and for the whole family such as YMCA Connecting Families Day, Camping, Live to Play month, and a Talent Quest!
