Boyle Mathieson law firm is a legal practice based in Henderson, West Auckland and serves that community as well as the wider West Auckland area with outstanding but affordable legal advice.

Boyle Mathieson was established by John Boyle and Fiona Mathieson in 1999 and has grown in size over this time and now employs a number of lawyers.   The firm is based in two locations at 23 and 27 Lincoln Road with parking available at both locations.

John Hickey is a barrister and lawyer with over 25 years experience in the legal industry, including 21 years as a sole practitioner.

He has considerable experience in litigation in the Civil, Family and Criminal Courts, particularly financial disputes, building and leaky building disputes, debt collection, matrimonial and de facto property (relationship property), claims against estates (Family Protection and Testamentary Promises), custody and access (parenting and guardianship), traffic, drink driving and assault charges.

John is proud to be a member of several law associations and societies including:
