Rental & Retail for Kayaking, Indoor Rockclimbing, Inline Skates and Bicycles.

Rock- Climbing / Abseiling on New Zealand’s largest indoor real rock climbing wall. Cracks’, ledges, arete climbs and overhangs. Instruction is available by qualified instructors. This is only in the Wellington Shop.

Kayaking on Wellington’s beautiful Harbour or out and about around Okahu Bay. We have a large fleet of kayaks for hire. We also have available white water and multisport kayaks. Guided tours are available and we have coaching for sea, multisport and white water kayaking. If you want that Olympic touch, get personal instruction from Ferg.

Inline skate and Bike hire. Take in the sights of Wellington, or Auckland as you skate around the waterfront on our up to date fleet of skates and bikes.

School groups are very welcome at Fergs because one of our goals is to provide the opportunity for children to be able to experience these sports in a safe, fun, learning environment.

Team Building / Adventure based learning games, great for promoting teamwork and open communication. Rock climbing with a difference – climb blindfolded, find the mystery envelope and do some abseiling among other things. Kayak games and other team games using our facilities, or in Auckland they can come to you. Get Ferg to take your group and learn from a sporting legend.

Our hire rates are very reasonable on all activities. Group discounts are available. We have a vast array of clothing and equipment for sale.
